The metaphor
of memory
The halftone pattern becomes the visual and symbolic axis of the project. Its ability to fade into dots until it disappears, while at the same time reconcentrating into a point of origin, represents the nature of memory:
what disperses, what is forgotten, and what comes back together. A symbol that highlights both the fragility and the power of remembrance.
